Terms of Service
You must be +18 years old to commission art from me!I will not draw
• Gore (extreme content; small wounds in action scenes are acceptable)
• Offensive and/or hateful content
• Very complex mecha (simple mechanical characters I can do)
•All characters depicted in the artwork, as well as their respective owners, must be +18 years old, or must be completely sfw.Add-ons & Extras
• Extra Character: +50% of the base piece’s price per additional character.
• Complex Backgrounds: Range from $25 – $45 USD depending on detail and complexity.
• Simple backgrounds are free.Work Process
• Work in Progress (WIP): I will send frequent screenshots throughout the pipeline (Sketch -> Lineart -> Flat Colors -> Final Render) to ensure everything aligns with your vision. You can ask me for updates and screenshots of the progress.
• Minor revisions during the sketch and flat color stage are free.
• Major structural changes requested after the sketch phase is approved (e.g., changing poses, outfit overhauls, redesigns) may incur an additional fee depending on complexity.Timeline
• The timeline will be agreed upon with the client (usually around 1 week).Prices and Payment
• Half payment upfront, the rest after delivery (unless the client prefer paying the whole price upfront).

• MercadoPago (ARS): Converted using the official exchange rate at the time of invoice.
• Invoicing: I will invoice or send payment details once we confirm the commission details. Work begins only after the initial 50% payment has cleared.Rights of Use
• You receive a high-resolution file of the finished artwork for personal use (e.g., social media avatars, personal prints, wallpapers, desktop display).
• You may post the artwork on social media or forums, provided proper credit is given to me as the artist (@keriththics).
• Restrictions: You may not edit, trace, alter, sell, or claim the artwork as your own creation.
• Commercial rights (e.g., merchandise, game assets, VTuber production, stream monetization) are not included by default and require a separate commercial licensing agreement and fee.
• AI & NFT Prohibition: My artwork may not be uploaded to, trained on, or scraped by any Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning models or datasets, nor transformed into NFTs or blockchain assets under any circumstances.
• All completed commissions may be displayed publicly on my platforms.
• I reserve the right to publish or not publish any completed commissions.
• If you prefer to keep your client name or alias, as well as your original character’s (OC) name, private, please let me know in advance.Format
• Final files in JPEG and PNG. You are only purchasing the digital file, not a printed version.
• All illustrations created will have the artist's signature, placed in a location that does not significantly interfere with the work.
• The original .clip file will not be provided, only the exported JPEG and PNG formats.Payment and Cancellation
• Artist Cancellation: If I am unable to complete your commission due to unforeseen personal or technical circumstances, you will receive a full refund (or proportional refund depending on progress made).
• If cancelled before work begins: 100% refund.
• If cancelled after the sketch phase is completed: The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable to cover time spent.
• No refunds will be granted once the final high-resolution piece is rendered and delivered.Communication

• The artist can modify terms but only applies to commissions after the modification date. Previous commissions follow original terms.
